Xeinadin, the accountancy services and business advisory provider, has made two senior appointments at its base in Sittingbourne, Kent.
According to the company, the move marks its continued investment in the South East as it supports businesses in North Kent.
The company brought in Simon Lowry as director. He will work with small and medium enterprises to strengthen their financial institutions. Additionally, Lori will work to support the practice’s regional growth plans.
A second hire, George Cannon, joins as associate director of finance.
His experience is primarily in tax compliance, along with consulting work in employment taxes. He has also worked in personal tax planning including capital gains tax and inheritance tax issues.
Cannon’s responsibilities are expected to increasingly shift toward proactive tax planning, with a particular focus on succession and future planning for business owners.
Simon Barcoy, managing partner of Zenadine North Kent, said: “These appointments reflect the confidence we have in the Sittingbourne office and the wider North Kent market.
“There is real interest among businesses, and we are seeing a growing demand for advice that goes beyond compliance. Both Simon and George understand what owner-managed businesses need at different stages of growth.
“As we grow regionally, being part of a fully integrated practice across the UK and Ireland means our clients benefit from local advisers supported by national expertise. This combination gives businesses in Sittingbourne depth of support without losing the personal touch.”
Xenadin also reported a series of high profile developments in the North West Regional Network.
Five people have moved into new leadership roles across offices in Manchester, Chester, Birkenhead, Bolton and Liverpool.
Three promotions are to partner level. These include James Bruce in Manchester, Stephanie Baker in Chester and Richard Landsberg in Birkenhead.
Two other senior promotions have been made at director level: Nina Lasota-Long at Bolton and Paul Mulhern at Liverpool.
