Sailor Strategy acquired 17,994 Bitcoin (BTC) worth $1.28 billion last week, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The first major purchase below the value of the Strategy
Strategy’s recent purchase of Bitcoin marks one of its largest BTC purchases on record, despite BTC trading below the company’s value.
In the past, during similar low periods around 2022-2023, the Strategy typically avoided larger purchases, making a total of 28,560 BTC in seven smaller purchases.

According to SaylorTracker, Strategy has already made five purchases during the bearish period, buying a total of 25,229 BTC since February 9.
Since February 9, the average value of the Strategy has decreased by 0.24%, from $76,052 to $75,862.
