The company noted the limited stay following Warner’s determination that Paramount Skydance’s $31-per-share offer represented a superior offer. Deutsche Bank also noted reports that Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarendos has visited the White House to discuss a potential transaction, suggesting the possibility of a competing bid. Analysts indicated that the Paramount-Warner joint venture could emerge as a strong competitor to Netflix in the global streaming and entertainment landscape.
