Rapper Ghetts, whose real name is Justin Clark Samuel, was sentenced to 12 years in prison in 2025 for a hit-and-run that left a college student dead. Ghetts is known for his role in the hit Netflix series. Suparcell.
Getz pleaded guilty to causing the death of Tubin Tamang, of Nepal, by dangerous driving. He was also charged with dangerous driving prior to the October 18, 2025, incident.
Authorities said Getz was captured on CCTV footage “engaging in dangerous behavior and colliding with another vehicle, causing separate damage.”

He reportedly struck her at speeds in excess of 60 miles per hour before continuing to drive home. Getz was arrested the next day, and Tamang died from his injuries two days later.

Authorities allege Getz had been drinking prior to the hit-and-run.
Shani Taggart, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said: “Justin Clark-Samuel knew he was not in a fit condition to drive and there was clear evidence that he drove incredibly dangerously across our city, speeding and disregarding road users.”
“We have built a comprehensive case against Clarke-Samuel, focusing on CCTV footage, toxicology and analysis of his mobile data to pinpoint his route through London. After giving this evidence, we have pleaded guilty to both charges and at sentencing today, Clarke-Samuel will face the consequences of his fatal decision to drive a car after drinking.”
