As the war with Iran enters its sixth day, Americans are trapped in the Middle East and scrambling to flee the conflict by any means necessary. The first charter flights are starting to take off amid a widespread airspace lockdown, the State Department said. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports today from Dubai.
