French telecommunications company Orange Business and Indian IT services and consulting firm Tech Mahindra have entered into exclusive discussions to form a global strategic partnership aimed at promoting digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide.
The collaboration will focus on developing and delivering secure, AI-driven solutions, as well as automation and digital platforms to meet the growing demands of global organizations.
As part of the proposed deal, Orange Business plans to outsource some global customer support operations, including price-to-bill processes and after-sales teams based out of France, to Tech Mahindra.
Both companies want to adopt a common approach to market strategy, strengthen regional cooperation and promote product development using existing technologies.
Orange Business will continue to monitor end-to-end services for key areas, particularly in France, to ensure compliance with French and European regulations.
The partnership seeks to improve operational efficiency, expand global reach, and accelerate acquisitions while maintaining compliance standards.
A review of operational procedures and performance indicators at both companies is expected to identify opportunities where Tech Mahindra’s delivery capabilities can improve speed and scale for Orange’s business.
The goal is to support process optimization and business growth while improving customer service.
