A talented wide receiver will almost certainly draw attention from around the league. On Thursday, Jaguars general manager James Gladstone provided a quick and direct update on Thomas’ status.

The Jaguars currently have no intention of trading Thomas. After making the playoffs, the team appears to be focused on retaining one of its key offensive weapons.

Thomas, a former LSU standout, had a bit of a slump last season. Despite this, he has continued to serve as a reliable target for quarterback Trevor Lawrence.

In 2024, Thomas recorded 87 receptions for 1,282 yards and 10 touchdowns. His rookie campaign also earned him Pro Bowl honors.

Fantasy football managers could see a return season for Thomas in 2026. He and Lawrence enter their second year in coach Liam Coen’s offense.

Now the question is: Can Thomas have a strong third season and put the struggles and trade rumors behind him in 2025?
