As the rapidly escalating conflict in the Middle East entered its 12th day, Iran said it had launched the “most intense and heaviest operation” since the start of the war.
Footage released by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s state news agency showed missiles being fired into the air, according to CNN.
The new bombing comes as Israel and several Gulf countries reported air interceptions and alarms as Tehran continues to mount attacks on its neighbors and key US facilities across the region.

Saudi Arabia intercepts and destroys drones and missiles: The Saudi Ministry of Defense issued separate statements, announcing that it shot down 4 drones in the Eastern Province, 2 drones in the Empty Quarter en route to Shaybah Camp, 2 drones in the Eastern Province, 3 drones in the Empty Quarter en route to Shaybah Camp, 2 drones in the Empty Quarter en route to Shaybah Camp, 2 drones in the Eastern Province, 5 drones east of Al Kharj Governorate, 2 drones in Hafr Al Batin, 6 ballistic missiles were launched towards Prince Sultan Air Base, 1 ballistic missile launched towards Eastern Province and 2 drones in the Empty Quarter en route to Shaybah Field.
