Q1. Why did my KYC fail?

The most common reasons are unsupported documentation, inconsistent information, or unclear images. Make sure your document is on the support list and your name matches your bank account information. KYC information is submitted directly to Bridge for review. CoolWallet does not access or store personal information and does not make verification decisions.

Q2. I have used Fiat Deposit before. Do I need to register my Bridge account again?

No. If you have previously completed account registration and Bridge Identity Verification (KYC) during a Fiat deposit, you can proceed directly to add the recipient’s bank account and use the Fiat again. No re-registration or re-authentication is required.

Q3. I passed KYC. Why can’t I complete the transfer?

Please confirm that the bank account you entered meets the withdrawal requirements. For example, the account must be registered with a bank located in the United States. If the requirements are not met, the transaction may be declined or a refund may be issued.

Q4. Does CoolWallet store or verify my information?

No. KYC and transaction processing is handled by Bridge. CoolWallet does not access or store your personal information.

Q5. Why can’t I pay in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD)?

New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) is not currently supported by Bridge. If Bridge adds TWD support in the future, CoolWallet will make this option available accordingly.

Q6. Which crypto is supported for fiat withdrawal?

Fiat Extrawal currently supports stablecoins on major blockchain networks, including:

Arbitrum USDC, Avalanche C-Chain USDC, Base USDC, Ethereum USDC, Ethereum USDT, Optimism USDC and Tron USDT.

The withdrawal process usually takes 1 to 3 business days to complete. Actual processing time may vary depending on bank transaction and eligibility review.

Q8. Can I delete a bank account after adding it?

No. Once a bank account is added, it remains in your list and cannot be deleted by the user.

Q9. Why can’t I add the same bank account again?

Within a Bridge account, the same bank account can only be added once and cannot be added again.

Q10. In what cases is the bank account closed?

According to Bridge policies, if a bank account has a withdrawal record, it can be deactivated and cannot be used again.

Q11. Is Fiat’s withdrawal service safe?

Yes. Every transaction must be signed by your wallet, which ensures the security of your assets and full custody.

Q12. Are there any fees to use this service?

A 0.5% service fee is charged for each withdrawal. According to Bridge’s policy, USDT withdrawals incur an additional 0.1% fee, bringing the total to 0.6%.

Example: If you transfer 10,000 USDC from your wallet and your bank does not charge any additional fees, you will receive US dollars worth 9,950 USDC.
