Australia’s Hannah Green and Minjee Lee took the lead after three rounds at the HSBC Women’s World Championship in Singapore on Saturday.

The Sentosa Golf Club course played hard on a sweltering day in the low 80s, and Green’s 68 tied him for the lowest score of the round. Lee shot a 69, and the pair finished at 205, 11 under par.

She is ahead of Korea’s American Angel Yin (68) and Ryu Hye-ran (70) by one stroke.

Ariya Jutanugarn (71, Thailand) ranked alone in 5th place with 9 under par. Auston Kim (USA), who took the lead from the first round, shot 73 and was tied for 6th place with Sweden’s Lynn Grant (71) at 8 under par.

Green is seeking his second win in Singapore, following his win in 2024. After bogeying the 10th hole, which had perplexed golfers all day, Green recorded three consecutive birdies to surge to 11 under par.

But it wasn’t easy.

“The pins were tricky today and the wind changed throughout the round.” “It’s a lot of fun,” said Green, whose husband made a rare appearance this week as his caddy.

“It was tough out there. I wasn’t surprised by the score. I felt like I played really well today.”

She plays the final round against compatriot Lee.

“I’ve been hitting the ball on the green, and if I can keep doing that, even if I’m playing with Minji, we’re good friends. I don’t want to get too hung up on her score. I want to do my job, and hopefully continue to make birdies and make a lot of putts.”

Lee Seung-yeop, who has 11 wins in his career, will make his debut in 2026 after extending the offseason. She, too, noticed the increased difficulty of Saturday’s course after shooting a 64 on Friday. I had a mix of 4 birdies and a bogey on the troublesome 10th hole.

“For some reason today I seemed to be playing a little trickier, maybe the pin placement was a little more difficult,” she said. “I know a few tees were raised, but it seemed a little harder than the last two days.”
