This week, the Atlanta Falcons announced that running back Bijan Robinson, wide receiver Drake London, linebacker Jalon Walker and cornerback AJ Terrell will be unveiling new uniforms on April 2. You can get a preview of it in a video posted to social media on Monday.
This is the first uniform revamp since the 2020 season, when the Falcons unveiled their current home and road sets. This design features an “ATL” wordmark on the chest, a custom number font, and red side panels that mimic the primary logo design.
They also switched their helmets to a satin black finish with a silver chrome facemask and unveiled red-to-black gradient alternate uniforms that were ultimately retired after the 2022 season and red alternate pants that were never worn.

Atlanta will also reintroduce the red throwback helmet in 2022, pairing it with the jerseys, pants and socks of the 1966 throwback uniform for the past four years, with fans calling for the simplicity of the original uniform and the red helmet to be incorporated into the new full-time look.
As previously mentioned, our sources reveal they will get what they want, as the Falcons will lean towards a throwback-inspired look with modern touches to their new black home, white road and red alternate uniforms and updated standard black and red alternate helmets.

The Falcons are expected to be part of the design along with a black and white pant option, especially since they wore silver pants with red home and white road jerseys from 1978-89 and black home and white road jerseys from 1990-2002.
We’re told the Falcons’ logo will remain their current logo, unlike the Tennessee Titans, who will unveil a new logo and uniform on March 12th. They are the only other team to confirm they will receive a redesign this offseason, but several others are expected, including the Washington Commanders.
