US accounting and consulting practice Armanino has expanded its network by bringing Southeast-focused operator MSTiller (MST) into its organization.
Founded in 1956, MST works with middle-market companies, family-owned companies and private foundations in a variety of sectors.
The company, with approximately 110 professionals, operates from offices in Georgia and New York.
The move is expected to deepen Armanino’s capabilities in finance, audit and consulting, while expanding its presence in the Southeast.
Matt Armanino, CEO of Armanino Consulting, said: “MST is an exceptional company with a strong reputation, talented professionals and trusted client relationships that have proven the test of time.
“MST strengthens our ability to deliver services with an unwavering focus on client outcomes while deepening our presence in the fastest-growing region of the United States.”
With this deal, MST clients will gain access to Armanino’s extensive service platform including its technology and digital transformation consulting offerings.
They will also be able to utilize specialized tax capabilities such as international tax and transfer pricing, multi-state tax planning, state and local taxation, tax credits and incentives, transaction-related advisory services and valuations.
MST Managing Partner Angela Greiner said: “Armanino is renowned for its culture, vision and trusted relationships built over decades.
“The long history of working with Armani through our parent global network, combined with their commitment to technology, AI and cutting-edge service delivery, has given us confidence that we can better serve the needs of increasingly sophisticated customers while maintaining our company’s core values that have defined us since our founding.”
“Armiano Expands Southeast Reach with Addition of MSTiller” was originally created and published by Global Accounting Bulletin, a brand owned by GlobalData.
