On March 2, Telsey Advisory announced that Gap, Inc. (NYSE:GAP) increased their price target from $32 to $34. It reiterated the outperformance rating on the stock. The company said it exceeded the target ahead of the company’s Q4 results. The analyst noted that Gap is working to make its brand more culturally relevant. Recent marketing campaigns focus on partnership and collaboration. The company has also introduced a new experiential loyalty program aimed at strengthening customer engagement.

Earlier, on February 24, Gap announced that its board of directors approved a dividend for the first quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. The dividend will be $0.175. The payment is scheduled to be made to shareholders of record on or after April 29, 2026 at the close of business on April 8, 2026. The new dividend represents a 6% increase over the dividend for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.
