Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS) provides financial services, including investment banking, asset and wealth management, and banking solutions. Cramer discussed the stock during the January 15 episode, as he commented:

The banks have bounced back because of the beautiful early hits from BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, my alma mater, and Morgan Stanley… I told you earlier this week that we need to look at the banks again, right, remember, because it’s the best leadership team in the world, and then all of a sudden, it’s gotten really bad since the JPMorgan report. Well, guess what? We saw it today. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock broke losses caused by allegedly weak quarters from Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. It takes a lot to get those stocks out of them, and we got a lot with Goldman Sachs building extraordinary numbers across the board, Morgan Stanley continuing to build corporate finance and assets, and BlackRock just getting into the trillions to where they now manage $14 trillion.
