Iran has launched a new wave of missile attacks against Israeli-aligned targets, according to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The attacks reportedly targeted sites connected to Israeli air operations and military infrastructure.
In a statement quoted by Tasnim News Agency, the IRGC strikes involved several types of ballistic missiles, including Khoramshahr missiles with two-ton warheads, Khyber Shekan, Khader and Emad. The Corps added that the Sezgil solid-fuel strategic missile was used for the first time in the current campaign.
According to the statement, the missiles targeted command and decision-making centers, defense-industrial infrastructure and places where Israeli forces were concentrated, which was described by the IRGC. “Heart of the Occupied Territories.”
