Jason Robertson had two goals and two assists in the Dallas Stars’ 7-2 win over the visiting Edmonton Oilers on Thursday.

Dallas is on a 14-game point streak (13-0-1), one game away from tying the longest point streak in franchise history.

Jake Ottinger stopped 30 of 32 shots to earn his 27th win in 42 starts this season.

Wyatt Johnston had a goal and two assists, and Miro Heiskanen had three assists. Jamie Benn scored twice, while Sam Steel and Matt Duchene each had a goal and an assist.

Robertson’s four points matched his single-game career high. Robertson is the Stars’ season leader in goals (36) and points (78).

The Stars are 2-for-4 on the power play and have had at least one power play goal in each of their last 11 games.

The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for the Oilers, who are 4-7-0 in their last 11 games.

Evan Bouchard and Jason Dickinson scored for Edmonton. Tristan Zariri stopped just 20 of 27 shots in a tough night for Dallas as the veteran goalie.

The rout began at 1:23 of the first period. Heiskanen’s shot bounced off the boards and into the front of the net, and Benn backhanded the loose puck past Jarry.

At 13:09 of the first period, Duchene sent a nice pass to Steel for a tip-in. Just over two minutes later, Robertson’s shot deflected off the post and off Jarry, sending the puck over the line.

Dallas continued to attack in the second half, scoring two rapid-fire goals. Johnston scored his league-leading 22nd power play goal at 5:43, and Robertson quickly followed up with a goal of equal intensity just 32 seconds later.

The Oilers, now down 5-0, scored twice before the second intermission. Bouchard got Edmonton on the board 7:53 into the second period and Dickinson scored on a Mattias Ekholm point shot at 11:59.

The Oilers’ hopes of a comeback were erased by Benn’s power play goal 1:32 into the third period. Duchene added another goal with 63 seconds left in the third quarter.
