Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) is one of them 10 Stocks Making Big Moves Today
Navitas extended its winning streak to a third straight day on Wednesday, jumping 24.88 percent to close at $10.84, after unveiling two new 5th generation semiconductor products aimed at meeting the needs of AI data centers.
In a statement, Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) introduced the top-side-cooled QDPAK and low-profile TO-247-4L that it says set a “new industry standard” for power density and stability.

Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) said the QDPAK package is designed to overcome the thermal limitations of traditional PCB cooling by directing heat dissipation to the top of the package directly to the heatsink. This optimized heat path significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency and enables smaller system footprints.
Meanwhile, the TO-247-4-LP type is the optimal package for power electronics systems where vertical clearance is limited, such as high-density AI power racks.
On the product side, Navitas Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ:NVTS) on the same day named Tonya Stevens as its new chief financial officer, replacing Todd Glickman, who previously announced he would be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. The transition will take effect on March 30.
Stevens joins the company from Lattice Semiconductor, where she served as chief accounting officer and previously as interim CFO.
As the new CFO, she will be tasked with overseeing the semiconductor company’s financial strategy, investor relations, treasury and global financial organization and driving profitability.
