On March 5, BofA raised its price target on ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML ) to $1,886 from $1,868 while maintaining a buy rating on the stock. The company told investors that it is raising expectations for tight foundry/DRAM supply, given that it has raised its 2026-28 EPS estimates to a range of 4%-6%.

In fiscal 2025 Q4 and full-year results, ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML ) reported total net sales of €9.7 billion in fiscal Q4, with a gross margin of 52.2% and net income of €2.8 billion. Net bookings for the quarter reached €13.2 billion, of which €7.4 billion was EUV. ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML ) reported 2025 total net sales of €32.7 billion, with a gross margin of 52.8% and net income of €9.6 billion.

For fiscal Q1 2026, ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML ) expects total net sales between 8.2 billion and 8.9 billion euros, and gross margins between 51% and 53%. For the full year 2026, the company expects total net sales to be between 34 billion and 39 billion euros, with gross margins between 51% and 53%.
