US-based multi-family office and asset manager Chrisette has appointed Susie Cranston as its chief executive officer, effective April 15, 2026.
Cranston, who has served as the company’s chairman since April 2024, will also join the company’s board of directors.
Co-founders Evie Stein and Eric Baker will remain with Crist as executive co-chairs.
They plan to remain involved in many areas, including company culture, customer relations, investment strategy, growth plans, mergers and acquisitions, recruiting efforts, and governance.
Since joining Cressett, Cranston has overseen day-to-day operations alongside Stein, Baker, and other members of the executive team.
The company noted that during this period it focused on supporting families with complex financial needs and maintaining its operational approach.
Stan commented: “When Eric and I founded Cresit, our goal was to build a company that would serve families with care, alignment, and integrity for generations.
“Susie reflects these principles and leads our company with deep respect, clear judgment and respect for the families of trust. Formalizing her role as CEO reflects the leadership she has already demonstrated and positions her well for the future.”
Cranston’s previous roles include senior positions at First Republic Bank and JP Morgan Chase. She also held a position at McKinsey and Company.
Cranston said: “Crisit is a remarkable company, entrepreneurial at its core and stewardship oriented.
“I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and the opportunity to continue working with Evie, Eric, and our extraordinary team as we serve customers and build a company designed to last for generations.”
