The backlit keyboard is part of the equipment that online video game streamer Jordan Woodruff uses at his home in Gilbert. Jordan Woodruff Team Yandex, Aurora Gaming and HEROIC all qualified with 2-1 wins in the PGL Wallachia Season 7 playoffs on Tuesday in Bucharest, Romania.
Yandex beat PARIVISION, Aurora outlasted Xtreme Gaming, and HEROIC beat Natus Vincere in a four-round match with 2-1 teams in the group stage of the $1 million Dota 2 tournament.
Three other teams were eliminated in Tuesday’s 1-2 matchup. Team BetBoom swept Yellow Submarine, Vici Gaming beat Team Falcons 2-1, and Tundra Esports defeated OG by the same score.
The 16-team group stage concludes on Wednesday. The top eight teams advance to the playoffs, and the bottom eight teams are eliminated. Team Liquid and Team Spirit secured playoff spots on Monday.
Wednesday’s 2-2 battles feature Xtreme Gaming vs. Vici Gaming, Natus Vincere vs. BetBoom Team, and PARIVISION vs. Tundra Esports.
The double-elimination playoffs run from Thursday to Sunday. All matches will progress to a best-of-five final, with the winning team taking home $300,000.
