2026 Winter Paralympics medal tally rankings entering March 10


With the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games in full swing, the first week of the Milan Cortina Games has begun. As we prepare for another full day of action, the latest medal tally rankings are starting to take shape.

Currently, China is leading the way with a total of 17 medals (8 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze). Ukraine took second place (10 medals) and Austria (3 golds, 4 total) rounded out the top three.

Team USA tied for third place in the competition with seven total medals, but finished sixth overall with one gold medal, four silver medals, and two bronze medals.

The United States’ only gold medal so far at the 2026 Paralympic Games came from Oksana Masters, who won gold in the women’s para biathlon.
