The Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers will all receive the NFL’s four highest-compensated picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, the league announced Monday.

Fifteen of the league’s 32 teams will make 33 overall selections in the draft, held April 23-25 in Pittsburgh.

Teams that bring in more quantity or quality of free agents than they brought in the previous season may receive compensatory draft selections. These selections are made in rounds 3 through 7 of the draft after the regular phase of that round has been completed.

The Minnesota Vikings, Eagles, Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars will have the picks to round out the third round.

The Vikings have the highest pick at 97, while the Eagles, Steelers and Jaguars have picks 98-100. The departure of Sam Darnold gave Minnesota the highest ranking, while the losses of Milton Williams and Dan Moore Jr. pushed Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to the 98th and 99th spots.

Jacksonville, via Detroit, ranked 100th as a result of the Jets hiring former Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn as head coach. Under a special amendment to the 2020 Collective Bargaining Agreement, the former employer of a minority employee hired as a head coach or key football official will receive a third round of compensatory selections in the next two drafts.

Philadelphia’s other selections come in the fourth, fifth and sixth rounds. Pittsburgh receives 1 card in the 4th round and 2 cards in the 6th round, and Baltimore receives 2 additional cards in the 5th and 7th rounds.

Baltimore has made 64 compensatory selections since 1994, the most of any franchise.
