Day’Ron Sharpe tied a season high with 19 points and the Brooklyn Nets cruised to a 126-115 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday in New York.

The Nets came back from a 23-point deficit at Detroit two nights ago with back-to-back wins for the first time since early February. Brooklyn won while resting back-to-back front end Michael Porter Jr., after Egor Demin announced he was suspended for the remainder of the season with a foot injury.

Sharpe highlighted an 8-of-11 with a powerful one-handed dunk over Rayan Rupert that gave the Nets a 98-88 lead with 10:33 remaining.

Brooklyn’s Ochai Agbaji added a season-high 18 points on 8-of-9 shooting. He scored nine straight Brooklyn points, capped by a step-back 3-pointer for a 110-95 lead with eight minutes left.

Rookie Nolan Traore hit 4 of Brooklyn’s 16 3-pointers to finish with 17. Rookie Danny Wolff scored nine of his 14 points in the third quarter and had nine rebounds. Ziaire Williams had 11 points against his former team as Brooklyn’s reserves finished with 67 points.

The Nets shot a season-high 55.3 percent of their shots and a season-high 51.5 percent from behind the arc (17-for-33).

Memphis had eight players available as Ty Jerome (calf), Scottie Pippen Jr. (toe) and rookie Cedric Coward (knee) sat back-to-back up front.

Rupert led the Grizzlies with a career-high 20 points and Javon Small had 19 points. GG Jackson had 18 points, Jaylen Wells had 17 and rookie Walton Clayton Jr. had 13.

The Grizzlies shot 43.5%, made 14 of their 35 3-point attempts (40%) and allowed 27 points off 15 turnovers during their four-game losing streak.

Brooklyn scored the final 10 points of the first quarter to take a 33-31 lead after Williams sank a trey with 5 seconds left, overcoming an early 10-point deficit.

Traore hit a 3-pointer in the second quarter to take a 49-39 lead. Wolf converted a 3-point play with 3:18 left in the period to extend the lead to 13 points and Brooklyn took a 65-57 lead into halftime.

The Nets cut the lead to one point on three occasions, but a strong quarter from Wolf allowed them to take a 91-86 lead heading into the fourth.
