Total revenue reached £11.03 billion, supported by the Oral Health sector, which performed well with ~8% organic growth. These results allowed the company to maintain or gain market share in 60% of its business segment. Profitability was driven by productive manufacturing innovations including a 26% reduction in SKU complexity and optimized logistics. Despite market challenges, the company continued to reinvest in its future, increasing R&D spending by 7.7%.

For 2026, Hellion (NYSE:HLN) expects organic revenue growth to accelerate between 3% and 5%, supported by a new operating model designed to increase agility. The company created the role of chief growth officer and organized it into six distinct operating units to optimize regional opportunities. Management plans to deliver high single-digit adjusted operating profit growth and set aside £500 million for share buybacks next year.
