The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Tuesday that buildings at the Natanz underground fuel enrichment plant in Iran had been damaged. He based his findings on an analysis of the latest satellite images.
According to the agency, damage is limited to structures at the facility’s entrance, with no signs of additional impact within the enrichment plant itself. “No radiological consequences are expected nor have any additional impacts been detected on the FEP itself, which was severely damaged in the June conflict,” the IAEA wrote.
