2026 March Madness announcer combination revealed by CBS and TNT Sports


The 2026 NCAA Tournament begins Selection Sunday, March 15. The first four tips will take place March 17-18. The Round of 64 begins March 19-20. The second round will take place from March 21st to 22nd. The Sweet 16 is March 26-27 and the Elite Eight is March 28-29. The Final Four will be played April 4 and the national championship will be played April 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The primary commentators for the Final Four and title game are Ian Eagle, Bill Raftery and Grant Hill. Tracy Wolfson will report from the court.

Other talent advancing through regionals included the Jim Jackson and Allie LaForce teams led by Brian Anderson; Kevin Harlan with Robbie Hummel, Stan Van Gundy, and Lauren Shehadi; Andrew Catalon with Steve Lappas and Evan Washburn.

First- and second-round teams include Brandon Gaudin and crews featuring Chris Webber and Jared Greenberg. Spero Dedes with Jim Spanarkel and Jon Rothstein; Group with Tom McCarthy, Candace Parker, Dan Bonner and AJ Ross.

Studio coverage is conducted by Adam Zucker and Nate Burleson in New York and Adam Lefkoe in Atlanta. Analysts for both studios include Charles Barkley, Clark Kellogg, Kenny Smith, Bruce Pearl, Jamal Mashburn, Jalen Rose and Seth Davis. Ernie Johnson will lead on-site Final Four coverage.

First Four commentary includes Dayton’s Jordan Kent, Jim Spanarkel and Jenny Dell, while another First Four game pairs Brian Anderson, Charles Barkley and Dick Vitale. Jamie Erdahl provides updates and Gene Steratore handles rule analysis.
